The St James' Association (SJA) is the parent teacher association for our school. Our aim is to support our school in educating our children. We organise a wide range of events which are aimed to be both fun and to raise money. The money we raise is used to fund projects at the Schools request. Recently we have funded the outdoor play equipment for the junior playground, extra staging, stage lights and sound systems.

All parents are automatically members of the SJA. You are very welcome to get involved if you wish. We hold an AGM in October and elect a committee for the year. This committee meets twice a term to plan events and approve funding requests. As well as the committee, we always need helpers for specific events. We try to maintain a helpers list of people who are willing to be approached directly to help with an event.
